Conditions of Use

1. If you are not satisfied with purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund minus the shipping charge. If your order did not have a shipping charge, we will deduct the actual cost that was paid to ship your package. Due to potential volatility of the precious metals markets, all bullion sales, i.e silver & gold eagles, are final and non-returnable unless we agree to re-purchase them from you at prevailing market rates. The shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Certified coins must be in the original slab and not damaged in any way. Products sold and delivered as mint sealed are not returnable once opened.

2. All merchandise is subject to prior sale. We are not responsible for typos, errors or omissions in our listings. In volatile markets, the prices stated on the website may not be current. In such cases, any payment received will be immediately refunded. If your payment through Paypal does not go through, the order has not been placed and the items are not reserved.

3. We use US Mail or Federal Express depending on order size and value. PO Boxes must go US Mail. If your shipping address is a business, please note that in the order comments and we will use FedEx except for the smallest of packages. All packages will require a signature for delivery per our insurance company guidelines.

4. We only ship to US addresses and territories at this time. We gladly ship to APO/FPO to our armed forces personnel stationed overseas.

5. Shipments occur less than 24 hours after a Paypal or credit card payment or receipt of a postal money order. For personal checks, bank checks or other money orders we need a minimum of 7 business days after arrival to ensure cleared funds.

6. We carry a private shipping insurance policy and packages will not have the standard US Mail insurance label. No claims will be paid on any shipment in which USPS or any other carrier indicates a delivered status irregardless of whether authorized or not to sign for your package. We will assist with providing all the delivery information available in these cases.

7. We do not currently accept customer coins for grading submission but will assist you with any PCGS or NGC submission questions that you may have. Just email us and we will help out as much as possible.

8. Your privacy is important to us and any personal information that you provide is treated in strictest confidence and is not given out to anyone or resold.

9. You will receive emails from us after your order is placed and after any change in status. If you do not receive any emails from us, you may have entered your email wrong on the order. We may have questions on your order and need a working email to communicate with you.
